Coaching Services Coaching is a supportive, educational, and mindset-based process — not a medical or therapeutic one. Our work together focuses on understanding your relationship with sleep, developing new perspectives, and learning practical tools for recovery.Each program or call is designed to guide, encourage, and empower you — but your results depend on your personal commitment and application. 4. Payments All payments are handled securely through Stripe or Stan Store. Payment is required upfront, unless an installment plan has been agreed upon in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen payment method has sufficient funds to complete your purchase. 5. Refunds & CancellationsBecause coaching is a personal and time-based service, all sales are final. No refunds are offered on coaching calls, bundles, mentorships, or digital products.If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice may be forfeited. 6. Coaching DisclaimerI am not a doctor, therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.
